How It Works
Our Free Welcome Consultation
When you first contact us we will schedule a free welcome consultation with you to find out about your dog and discuss your exact requirements. We want to meet your dog so we can get to know and interact with him or her. The welcome consultation lasts about 30 minutes and the information we will ask for includes:
- Your dog's breed, age, and state of health.
- What type of services you're looking for, including days of week, desired time slots, start date, and length of service.
- Feed/supplement schedule.
- Personality and issues, if any.
- Your conact information.
- An emergency contact in the event that you are ever unreachable.
- Your veterinarian's contact information.
Our welcome consultation helps us gather all of the information we will need. We will ask you to fill out an information form for your dog. Click here to fill that form out online. We will keep your information on file so that we are fully ready to be of service whenever you might need us.
The Reservation Procedure
Before booking a reservation, we require clients to fill out the following:
- Service Agreement and Waiver Form
- Vet Instructions and Release Form
- Key Release Form(for walking and sitting services only)
Once we have met you and your dog and received all of the required information you are ready to go. We cannot wait to be of service to you and your dog!
